Shipping Processing Time

Please note that all orders will be deliver only on Monday & Thursday.  All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note that all applicable taxes, customs or import duties at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by the buyer in order for the package to clear custom.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • If you have received the wrong item, contact us with your order number, and a photograph of the item within 3 days upon receiving the item for verification and refund purposes.

  • We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unaltered, and with packaging intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.

  • We will not accept returns if you purchase our product from an unauthorised third party, or for products not in their original condition.

  • Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item.

  • For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.
